Privacy

LarpTube uses account information, cookies, sessions, hashed IP or network signals, uploads, thumbnails, comments, subscriptions, notifications, and local analytics to run sign-in, uploads, subscriptions, moderation, view-count protection, creator tools, and abuse prevention.

Raw IP addresses are not stored for anti-abuse records; hashed signals are used for rate limits, upload limits, duplicate-subscribe protection, login safety, and abuse prevention.

If you connect YouTube, LarpTube uses YouTube API Services. LarpTube stores the connected YouTube channel ID, channel title, connection time, encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens, and per-video YouTube upload status/video ID so it can upload videos you specifically choose to send to your YouTube channel.

LarpTube only requests YouTube permissions needed for this feature: youtube.upload to upload selected approved videos, and youtube.readonly to show which YouTube channel is connected. LarpTube does not import, download, delete, transfer, or mirror old YouTube videos.

LarpTube does not sell Google or YouTube account data. LarpTube does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, profiling, analytics resale, or unrelated product features. OAuth tokens are used only to perform upload actions requested by the signed-in user and to show the connected channel identity.

LarpTube's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect YouTube from Connected accounts. Disconnecting removes the stored YouTube connection and encrypted OAuth tokens from LarpTube. You can also revoke LarpTube access from your Google Account permissions page.

YouTube and Google data is also handled under Google policies, including the Google Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
