This page summarizes LarpTube's Google OAuth and YouTube API behavior for reviewers and users.

App purpose: LarpTube is a dedicated old-YouTube-style home base for LARP creators. It lets creators upload and organize LARP videos on LarpTube, then optionally publish the same approved upload to their connected YouTube channel.

OAuth trigger: users connect YouTube only from Settings → Connected accounts. Upload trigger: users choose YouTube during upload or from Video Manager for an approved LarpTube video.

Scopes requested: youtube.upload for creator-selected uploads to the connected YouTube channel; youtube.readonly to display the connected channel name. No broader YouTube scopes are requested.

Data controls: users can disconnect YouTube, revoke access in Google Account permissions, request account/data deletion, and manage already-uploaded YouTube videos inside YouTube Studio.

Limited Use statement: LarpTube's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
