YouTube API use
LarpTube uses YouTube API Services for one creator-controlled feature: uploading a LarpTube video to the creator's connected YouTube channel after the creator explicitly chooses YouTube as an upload destination.
The app uses youtube.upload for the upload request and video metadata. The app uses youtube.readonly only to confirm and display the connected YouTube channel identity.
LarpTube does not retrieve, import, download, mirror, list old videos for transfer, delete videos, change existing YouTube videos, read comments, read private messages, manage subscriptions, or access unrelated Google account data.
Default YouTube visibility in the app is Public, with Unlisted as an optional upload choice. YouTube may still apply its own processing, visibility, copyright, policy, or API-audit limitations outside of LarpTube.
Each YouTube upload happens after LarpTube safety processing. LarpTube Red priority checks can change queue order but do not bypass moderation or YouTube's own policies.
Users can disconnect YouTube at any time from Connected accounts. Disconnecting removes stored OAuth tokens and stops future YouTube uploads from LarpTube.
